The communication presents a research of 2 years about the operationnalisation of a 'land take stop' by 2050 in Wallonia. The research was financed by Wallonia through the CPDT (Conférence Permanente du Développement Territorial) research programme. The communication briefly presents the concepts, parts of the diagnosis and benchmarking, possible scenarios in terms of governance and a few results of the workshop discussions held with about 30 key planning actors in Wallonia. ; La communication présente une recherche de 2 ans sur l'opérationnalisation d'un arrêt de l'artificialisation des sols d'ici 2050 en Wallonie. Cette recherche était financée par la Wallonie dans le cadre du programme de la CPDT (Conférence Permanente du Développement Territorial). La communication présente les principaux concepts, quelques éléments du diagnostic et du benchmarking réalisés, les scénarios possibles en termes de gouvernance et enfin quelques résultats des discussions organisées sous forme de workshops avec une trentaine d'acteurs wallons de l'aménagement du territoire. ; Gérer le territoire avec parcimonie
