The Green Macaw (Ara ambiguus) is one of the 15 parrots (parakeet, parrot and macaw) found in the humid tropical forests of Honduras. Its rarity and scarce information limits knowledge about its population status and conservation. In the present article, we describe its distribution and some threats.
