The paper focuses on the careers of the two main gardeners at the Savoy court between 17th and 18th century, Henri Duparc (1655-1737) e Michel Benard (1735-1773) in the framework of the French gardeners working in the residences (or sending plans form Paris) from the middle of 17th century (Jacques Gelin, Alexandre Bellier, André Le Nôtre, Antoine du Marne).
