To obtain information about the continuity of the service in the corregimiento; Subsequently, several aspects that should be achieved by a constant energy service will be analyzed. In order to carry out the study of these studies, the laws, norms and decrees that cover the Financial Support Fund for the Energy of the Interconnected Rural Areas (FAER) are studied. For the simulations of the scenarios it was necessary to use the software NEPLAN v5.3 to simulate the implementation of Non-Conventional Sources of Renewable Energies (FNCER) in different groups and thus be able to analyze more efficiently the behavior of the current system and the proposed scenarios. This is developed in order to improve the reliability and continuity of the service, reduce the high costs of energy consumption and determine the best economic and technical scenario. ; El corregimiento de La Peña – Sabanalarga se encuentra conectado al SIN desde el 31 de diciembre de1985. El interés de esta investigación surge debido que la entidad prestadora de servicios de energía eléctrica, Electricaribe, posee unos indicadores SAIDI y SAIFI que no cumplen con el promedio nacional, realizando una prestación de servicio de energía eléctrica de manera intermitente y poco confiable para los usuarios. Se realizaron salidas de campo para obtener información sobre la continuidad del servicio en el corregimiento; posteriormente se analizaron varios escenarios que permitan lograr un servicio de energía constante.
