The territorial planning generates a direct relationship with the Mobility Systems from one regional perspective: those infrastructure projects are considered to be a part of the structuring components in the makeup of the Cities Networks. Hence the conditions of those schemes in the region, Bogotá-Cundinamarca, are in the process of changing with the implementation of new transportation systems (like the case of the Suburban Train). ; El ordenamiento territorial genera una relación directa con los Sistemas de Movilidad desde una perspectiva regional: tales proyectos de infraestructura son considerados parte de los componentes estructurantes en la conformación de las Redes de Ciudades. De ahí que las condiciones de estos esquemas en la región, Bogotá-Cundinamarca, se encuentren en proceso de cambio con la implementación de nuevos sistemas de transporte (como es el caso del Tren de Cercanías).
