The following document shows a compilation of architectural research to carry out a project of degree, which is a summary of the research process, and the design of the project with a functional and aesthetic level. The proposal to elaborate this investigation was born during the analysis of the massive transport system in the city of Medellín and its relationship with the immediate surroundings of the stations that make up the Metro Line A, which generate an urban disintegration. The first section contains the investigative support and its intentions, the second section presents the bases for initial design premises and their conclusions. Finally, we have the urban analyzes of the lands chosen for the design development and his urban achitectural process. ; En el siguiente documento se muestra una recopilación de investigación arquitectónica para llevar a cabo un proyecto de grado, en el que se encuentra un resumen del proceso de investigación, y del diseño del proyecto con un nivel funcional y estético. La propuesta de elaborar esta investigación nace durante el análisis del sistema de transporte masivo en la ciudad de Medellín y su relación con el entorno inmediato de las estaciones que componen la Línea A del metro, las cuales generan una disgregación urbana. La primera sección contiene el soporte investigativo y sus intenciones, la segunda sección presenta las bases para unas premisas iniciales de diseño y sus conclusiones.
