Abstract Bima Kencana group is a fishing-related community business group in Lubuk Saban Village. This business group's major issue, like that of farmers in general, is a lack of feed availability. The factory's commercial feed has a quality and quantity guarantee. The cost, on the other hand, is quite high. Natural feed, on the other hand, can be received for free from nature, but its availability is unpredictably variable (depending on the season). The community must be able to create self-sufficient feed or cultivate natural feed as an alternative feed as a solution to this challenge. This practice attempts to teach partners how to give feed on their own, which is likely to increase productivity. This activity employs the following methods: (1) the participatory approach method, (2) the conceptual approach method, (3) the theory and practice approach method, and (4) the reflective approach method. The activity's materials include (1) pelleted feed made from local raw materials and (2) tubifex cultivation using a Semi Closed Recirculating System (SCRS) with terraced trays. As a result of this activity, partner knowledge of pellet making increased by 49% (poor), with a skill score of 78% (good). Partners' knowledge of tubifex cultivation was increased by 64% (enough), with a skill value of 73%. (good). As a result of this activity, partners are now able to produce pellets on their own and cultivate tubifex. It does, however, require guidance in terms of good production management and product marketing.
