Se nombra una especie nueva de rana, Eleutherodactylus rnsagwe sp. nov., que habita en los bosques altoandinos del noroccidente de la sabana de Bogotá, cerca de los municipios de Cogua y Facatativá en el Departamento de Cundinamarca. La especie pertenece al subgénero Eleutherodactylus grupo unistrigatus y muestra afinidades con E. anolirex, que se encuentra en los páramos y bosques montanos del norte de la Cordillera Oriental en los departamentos de Santander y Norte de Santander. ; A new frog species, Eleutherodactylus rnsaguae sp. nov., is described, inhabiting the high Andean forests of the northwestern part of the Sabana de Bogotá, bordering the municipalities of Cogua and Facatativá in the department of Cundinamarca. The species belongs to the subgenus Eleutherodactylus and the unistrigatus species group, and appears to be related to E. anolirex found in the paramos and montane forests in the northern part of the Cordillera Oriental, in the departments of Santander and Norte de Santander.
