Light Bronchial Asthma (BA) is the most prevalent form of the disease that, as a rule, is not inclined to progression to graver forms but involving development of exacerbations up to fatal ones. Due to similar widespread real practice a number of studies evaluating the effect of intermittent therapy of IGCS on the course of light BA are conducted. On the whole, the study results demonstrate reduction of the exacerbations risk and insufficient control of symptoms and inflammation. Drugs targeted at symptomatic administration of fixed combinations IGCS/immediate action beta-2-agonists by patients with light BA.
