Over the course of five years, Hanne van der Woude documented the life of three artists - a woman, her husband, and a brother - and eventually the death of both men. Van der Woude used photography, film, and personal diaries and sketchbooks and focused primarily on Emmy and her admiration for nature and the urge to collect. The work touches on inter-generational friendship, creativity, the art of living independently, family, and care.
