Socioeconomic status and its relation with breast cancer recurrence and survival in young women in the Netherlands

BACKGROUND: Associations between socioeconomic status (SES) and breast cancer survival are most pronounced in young patients. We further investigated the relation between SES, subsequent recurrent events and mortality in breast cancer patients < 40 years.
