Report on The 3rd European Conference on Controlled Fusion and Plasma Physics and the Symposium on Beam Plasma Interactions in Utrecht, the Netherlands, 23-27 June 1969

In Part A of the report the titles of the 12 sessions and the 5 invited lectures are summarized in the introduction.
