Spirit, theocracy and the true humanity : salvation in the theology of A A van Ruler

There are many reasons to pay tribute to M. Eugene Osterhaven as he concludes his long and distinguished career as a doctor of the church. My appreciation is personal and may appear understated to some; it will be understood, however, by those whose vocation is teaching whether in a pastorage, college, or theological seminary, and certainly by Dr. Osterhaven himself. Quite simply, I wish to pay tribute to my retiring colleague for his ministry to me and others as a teacher.
