Exploring the impact of the care sport connector in the Netherlands

Abstract Background Regular physical activity (PA) is deemed to contribute to the primary and secondary prevention of several chronic diseases, like diabetes mellitus, cancer, cardiovascular diseases, and osteoporosis.
