L'étymologie des internationalismes de la terminologie phonétique : une remise en contexte

International audience ; This paper treats the etymology of the terminology of phonetics in several European languages : French, English, Swedish, Dutch and Italian. Most of the items of the terminology of phonetics are internationalisms and we try in this paper to show the relations between equivalent terms in these languages. Our results show that most of them have been created in German and that the English language contributed significantly to their diffusion.
