peer reviewed ; This article is a report about compiling a corpus of Luxembourgish for investigation of word formation. First it gives an example for benefits of using a corpus with annotations in investigation of productivity of some selected word formation affixes of Luxembourgish. Then it describes how this can be achieved from a technical point of view.
