The history of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg between 1918 and 1923 is not fundamentally unknown. Many historians have worked on the "Luxembourg question from 1918 to 1919", or the post-war dynastic question, or the social movements emanating from this period. Three major countries are thus the protagonists of the events of this period: to begin with Luxembourg’s government and even its population.
