Walking is generally considered as a natural and obvious activity for utilitarian or recreational purposes. Yet, that activity is complex to conceptualize. First, it includes a continuum of pedestrian users with various abilities to move. For instance, anyone can someday be confronted with a situation of disability and can have to face the environment.
