In the era of information, life-time job oppurtunities, functional titles and continuous improvement in terms of high wages have left its place to life-time education, continuous self-improvement and the need for ensuring full-time employment. The aim of this study is to determine the work values of undergraduates as well as changing business world and examine whether there exists a relationship between work values and career choices. For this purpose; a survey was applied on the undergraduates that have been studing at the various majors of Cukurova University.
