J.J. (John Joseph) 'Toby' and Jean Holland
J.J. (John Joseph) "Toby" and Jean Holland at home. J.J. Holland was mayor of Palmetto from 1975-1982 and State Respresentative for District 67 from 1985-1992. He was instrumental in the establishment of Emerson Point Preserve and the welcome center is named for him.
