Basic materials used include steel windows and external doors, travertino floors in the hall, white painted brickwork for the external walls and Oregon pinewood for the internal partition. ; Consta de dos plantas: baja y primera. La baja comprende: una amplia zona de ingreso; la zona de estar, con amplios salones; la zona de servicio, con la cocina y dependencias anejas, etc.; y el garaje. La planta superior está ocupada por la zona de dormitorios. Existe la posibilidad de ampliar la capacidad de las diferentes habitaciones de ambas plantas, mediante la incorporación de las terrazas exteriores. Esta condición era necesaria, dada la gran vida de relación prevista para la zona noble. Materiales fundamentales: carpintería exterior metálica, de acero; solados de travertine en el hall; fábrica de ladrillo pintada de blanco en los cerramientos y pino de Oregon en el exterior.
