Personality Approach To Person-organization Fit: Applying Holland's Theory of Vocational Choice At The organizational Level

Researchers frequently recommend that organizations consider person-organization fit when making hiring decisions. The purpose of this paper is three fold. First, the paper provides a review of existing research on person-organization fit.
