Characiform fish teeth from the basal Eocene of Dormaal (level close to the Paleocene-eocene boundary, Flemish Brabant, Belgium) = Des dents de poissons Characiformes dans l'Éocène basal de Dormaal (niveau proche de la limite Paléocène-Éocène, Brabant flamand, Belgique)

Ten teeth of characiform fishes have been found in the Lowermost Eocene of Dormaal (Flemish Brabant, Belgium). They significantly differ from those previously described from the Lower Eocene of the Paris Basin, and from all the Characiform teeth hitherto reported from the European Cenozoic.
