Left wing: Donor, Center: Annunciation, Right wing: Visitation ; Painted for the Church of San Domenico in Chieri, Turin. The central panel from the Triptych was transferred from the Galleria Sabauda in Turin in 1799; the wings are still in the Galleria Sabauda.
