flempar: An R-package for analyzing data from the Flemish Parliament

This note introduces flempar, an R-package designed to streamline data acquisition from the Flemish Parliament’s open data API. flempar provides an interface that allows for easy extraction and linking of data, ranging from details of parliamentary proceedings to legislators’ bibliographies.
