This article aims to explain the characteristics and development paths of North Brabant, during the transition from an economy based on industries to knowledge-based economy, using the highest industry technology and design. Attempts to identify the key moments of the transformation of the socio-economic development of the region and the consequences of its impact on changes in the economy.
