Janneke Hermans (1973) studied history at the University of Nijmegen. She graduated in 1998. In 1999, she started as a Ph. d. candidate at the Rotterdam School of Management of the Erasmus University Rotterdam. She has conducted research on the role of information- and communication technology in the Dutch securities trade in the period 1850-1970.
