Background Tofacitinib is a Janus kinase inhibitor approved for the treatment of ulcerative colitis (UC).Aim To evaluate effectiveness, safety and use of tofacitinib in daily practice.Methods UC patients initiating tofacitinib were prospectively enrolled in 15 hospitals in the Netherlands.
