Using change management principles to support leaders in providing coordinated care for transgender students in Dutch international secondary schools

Within Dutch international schools, school leaders are struggling to provide adequate care for transgender students, and are reliant on conflicting and sometimes outdated advice. This thesis examines the current literature along with the perspectives of school leaders on current supports available to transgender students.
