Negros vs Dutchmen

Orignially published in the Council Bluffs in Iowa, this article looks at the Black Republican's party attempt of gaining the support of the Dutchmen. However when leaders are asked of their principles in concern to negro equality, it is revealed that the party believes that all negros are entitled to the same rights of every dutchmen and all other citizens of foreign descent for the matter.
