There are two records: 1. A description of C. DeGraaf's property on the south side of State Street, near Albany Street, in Schenectady, New York, on February 9, 1785, now occupied by Abel Smith (No. 60 State Street). 2. On January 1, 1800, Laurens Schermerhorn sold a lot to Alex Kelly, originally purchased from William Van Antwerp. However there was a dispute as to its size, and Schermerhorn asked the Church to resolve the issue.
