First graduating class at DCC 1960

Dr. James F. Hall on stage at Roosevelt High School, delivering a speech to the graduating class of 1960. This was the first graduation of students from Dutchess Community College. 66 degrees were conferred on students by President Hall. A stack of degrees is present on a table next to the podium.
