Cost Calculation Simulation for Optimising Vaccination Center Placement in Belgium

This Excel spreadsheet contains a cost calculation simulation for optimising vaccination center placement in Belgium. It consists of three tabs: the Last Mile Cost Calculation, the Mobility Cost Calculation, and the Total Cost Calculation summary. The Last Mile Cost Calculation tab calculates the cost of the last mile of transportation from a potential vaccination centre to the population, simulated at five scenarios (i.e., five different spatial levels).
