Background Despite effective treatments, blood pressure (BP) control remains suboptimal. Objective The SIMPLIFY study aimed at identifying key factors related to therapeutic inertia in Belgium and Luxembourg, and evaluating how uncontrolled treated hypertension is managed in primary care.
