Comparing the Energy Efficiency in Belgium and Finland

The purpose of this thesis is to compare Belgium and Finland on energy efficiency. Before comparing these two countries I will talk about the European view on energy efficiency. The European view is the basic view for countries from the European Union (EU). The goals for the EU are described in their different energy projects. They have a project for 2020, this project contains three big objectives for energy. These objectives must be met by all the countries from the EU.
