A Food Relocation Strategy for Everyone, Everywhere? Reflections on Walloon Inititatives (Belgium)

A process of food relocation is developing in Wallonia, especially in Liege, where the first “Food Belt” is born. This innovative concept tends to bring consumers closer to producers.
