[Sealing caps over leaflets]

Pvt Rudy Cook, Union City, NJ, 2nd Mobile Radio Broadcasting Co., Spa, Belgium tightens the seal cap of a 105 MM projectile containing Publicity and Psychological Warfare (PPW) leaflets.
