Abstract: This blogpost discusses our contribution to Felix Uhlmann’s edited volume (Codification of Administrative Law. A Comparative Study on the Sources of Administrative Law (2023 Hart Publishing)). It maps where we are with the codification of administrative law in Belgium, reasons for codification thusfar and possible pitfalls.
