Sex discrimination - Wheeler and another v Durham County Council - The Court of Appeal restores an employment tribunal's finding that it would not draw an inference of sex discrimination on the evidence before it. There must be a nexus between the facts relied on and the discrimination complained of before an explanation from the employer is required.
