Public interest disclosure - Miklaszewicz v Stolt Offshore Ltd - The EAT states that an employment tribunal had jurisdiction to hear a complaint that an employee had been unfairly dismissed, notwithstanding the fact that the "protected disclosure" (but not the dismissal) on which he relied predated the coming into force of the "whistleblowing" legislation.
