Relaxion Group plc v Rhys-Harper - An employment tribunal had no jurisdiction to consider a free-standing claim of sex discrimination related to an act that took place after employment had ended, the Court of Appeal confirms. The EC Equal Treatment Directive only requires that employees have a remedy if they are victimised after termination.
