Reality check: using attitude surveys to manage retention - Problems with retention within an organisation mean prohlems for the business in terms of performance and profitability. One way an increasing number of organisations are addressing retention issues is through employee attitude surveys. In this article, we survey 100 organisations on their use of attitude surveys and speak to Kate Pritchard, who works for research consultants ORC International, managing the department that conducts these surveys.
