Race discrimination - Anyanwu and another v South Bank Student Union and another (Commission for Racial Equality intervening) - The House of Lords holds that a person "aids" another to do an act made unlawful by the Race Relations Act 1976 if he or she helps or assists that other, whether or not that help is substantial and productive, provided that it is not negligible.
