HSC strategic plan 2001-2004 - The Health and Safety Commission (HSC) recently held a public consultation on its plans and priorities for the next three years. An outline strategic plan was produced, comments were invited via the internet, and the first-ever open meeting of the Commission saw 300 stakeholders pitch in their "two-penneth". The final plan - squarely based on the outline used during the consultation - is due any day. We preview what it is likely to say about the future direction of the Commission and its Executive.
