Using voice recognition tools to "talk yourself into a job" - The London region of the GMB general union is one of only two UK organisations to receive an award from the European Agency for Safety and Health in a recent competition held as part of the Agency's 2000 health and safety week. The union gained the award for a project involving the reintegration of employees suffering from work-related musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs) by training them to use voice recognition software.
