Disability discrimination - Leonard v Southern Derbyshire Chamber of Commerce - An employment tribunal had erred in concluding that an employee with clinical depression was not disabled within the meaning of the Disability Discrimination Act ("the DDA"), holds the EAT. In particular, the tribunal had wrongly focused on what the employee could do rather than on what s, could not do or could do only with difficulty.
