Race discrimination - Harris v Lewisham & Guy's Mental Health Trust - A tribunal complaint brought under the Race Relations Act 1976 ("the RRA") was a "cause of action" that survived the death of the complainant and the benefit of which passed to her estate, rules the Court of Appeal. Similar considerations would apply to complaints brought under sex and disability discrimination legislation.
