The pros and cons of computer-based training - The delivery of training is being revolutionised by the use of electronic technologies, and one or several forms of computerbased learning is being adopted by increasing numbers of employers in the UK. As with any method of learning, however, computer-based training needs to be used appropriately and with care. Our guide highlights some of its advantages and disadvantages, illustrated by several case studies of employers.
