Transfer of undertakings - Euro-Die (UK) Ltd v Skidmore and another - The EAT holds that an employer's failure to assure an employee that his continuity of employment would be maintained, on the day it informed him that it was ceasing to trade and that another company would be continuing its business, entitled the employee to treat himself as constructively dismissed.
