Holland House ; Holland House was built in 1963 and was located on the corner of Haggard and O’Kelly Avenues west of the current location of Phi Beta Kappa Plaza. The house was named for Shirley T. Holland, who was on the Board of Trustees for thirty years. Holland House served as the president’s house until 1990, when Maynard House was built. Holland House was then remodeled and housed the alumni development office. The house was moved to South Campus in 2009, and it is currently a dedicated Newman Center, a part of Catholic Campus Ministries.
